Settings › Billing now tells you exactly where your workspace stands instead of a placeholder. If your workspace is free forever, it says so: everything included, no limit on how many people join, nothing to pay and nothing to renew.
A task's history now shows each change on its own line, so a long value is never cut off and you can see what something went from and to at a glance. Typing “@” followed by a name that matches nobody no longer swallows the Enter key. You get a new line without needing to add a space first. On the calendar, Outlook now works alongside Google: connecting one leaves the other alone, disconnecting one deletes only its events, and switching a calendar on in Settings shows its events straight away instead of an hour later.
Adding or removing people on a project, attaching a team to a project, and removing someone from a team all failed every time. They work now. Search finds tasks by their description, and the Projects filter returns projects instead of nothing. Arrowing down and pressing Enter opens the row you had highlighted. Switching a calendar on in Settings shows its events straight away instead of an hour later, and after 5pm planning offers tomorrow morning rather than “day full”. Deleting a task now really does remove its images, requests to join a workspace actually email the admins, and moving a deadline lets its reminders fire again.
Pressing / no longer opens a separate page. It opens the same quick search as ⌘K, which now searches inside comments as well as task titles, descriptions and projects, and you can narrow results to tasks, projects, comments, or one team.
Creating a task, the task itself, and ⌘K all show your labels grouped, and all respect a group set to pick one. Templates can preset labels too, which they could not before.
Connect Google or Outlook and your real meetings sit alongside the tasks you planned, in one screen called Plan and Calendar. Book a task over a meeting and it tells you. TaskShelf only reads your calendar, never writes to it, and your events are yours alone. Nobody else in the workspace can see them.
A group like Portals can take Frontend and Backend together, while a group like Task type takes only one. Choosing Error swaps out Bug instead of stacking both. Filtering by two labels now means tasks carrying both, not either.
Set them once and they apply in every workspace you belong to, including ones you join later. Choosing a photo now lets you position and zoom it, so a tall phone picture no longer comes out squashed.
If there's ever planned maintenance or a problem we already know about, a short notice appears at the top of TaskShelf and disappears when it's over. You'll hear it from us rather than finding out.
Dragging a card no longer snaps back when a teammate saves at the same moment, rows stop flashing on your own edits, and leaving the title field alone can no longer undo somebody else's rename.
Emptying the Trash, deleting a workspace or closing an account now removes the uploaded images too, instead of leaving them in storage. Both warnings say so.
Admins create an invite link when they need one and it stops working after 24 hours. Opening a link now asks to join rather than joining outright, so an admin sees who is asking and decides.
Due dates and overdue are judged in the workspace's timezone, so a deadline means the same day for everyone. Your own timezone still decides when emails reach you.
