Workspace setup
Invite people to your workspace
Invite teammates from Settings → Members, create a temporary invite link, and review requests to join your TaskShelf workspace.

You need the Admin role in the workspace to use the invitation controls described here.
Invite someone by email
Use Revoke beside a pending invitation if it should no longer be available. Revoking a pending invitation is different from removing someone who has already joined.
- Open Settings → Members in the workspace you want them to join.
- In the Members section, enter their email address.
- Choose Member or Admin from the role selector. Choose Admin when the person should have workspace administration controls.
- Choose Invite. Outstanding invitations appear under Pending invites.
Create a link for people to request access
- In Settings → Members, find Invite link.
- Choose Create a link.
- Use Copy invite link and share the link with the people you want to invite.
- Return to Members to review requests under Waiting to join. Choose Let in to approve someone or Decline to reject the request.
Replace or turn off a link
Use Replace with a new link when you want a fresh invite link. The previous link stops working. Send the replacement to anyone who still needs to request access.
Use Turn off this link to revoke the current link without creating a replacement. When a link has expired, create a new one from Members.
If someone is waiting to join
Once the person has joined, they appear in the Members list. Your team can then assign work to them using the Assignee control on a task.
- Check that they used a link for the intended workspace.
- Review Waiting to join in that workspace’s Members settings. The section appears when requests are pending.
- If the link expired or was replaced, send the current link.
- If you cannot see invitation controls, ask an admin in that workspace to help.
